CHEERS

I’m crowning a new best martini in Los Angeles: the Decibel Martini from Camelia DTLA, composed of Daiyame 25 Shochu, Suntory Haku Vodka, French Vermouths, Umeshu, Lychee, Maraschino, Absinthe & Orange Bitters. It’s so well balanced while being layered and complex, and tastes like something completely new while hitting all the ‘martini’ musts. AND IT COMES WITH THE CHICEST SIDECAR. DETAILS MATTER
